Nicky Kay Shipping


We like rewarding our customers! All orders valued over $150 with a delivery location in Australia will receive complimentary shipping.
All orders under $150 will receive a flat rate charge of $15 shipping which is applied at your cart during the checkout process.
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. On despatch of any item the customer will receive an automated email alert advising that their parcel has been scanned into the postal system and is in transit. Please note that sometimes these alerts can end up in the Junk Mail folder. If you do not receive this alert please check the Junk Mail.
Don’t wait around for your Nicky Kay! Orders placed and paid for before 2pm Monday-Friday will receive same day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day. Your Nicky Kay package is expected to be received within 2-4 business days from despatch.


Exception: expect 5-6 days for delivery to Perth, Darwin Metro, Northern Territory, Regional Queensland and rural locations.

Too excited to wait? – All orders are provided with a tracking number so you can keep up to date with the status of your shipment.




SHIPPING – International Orders

All orders with a delivery location outside of Australia will receive a charge of $35 (AUD) shipping, which is applied at the cart during the checkout process.


This charge is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Nicky Kay does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Nicky Kay accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.

Please allow between 3-4 business days for dispatch on international orders.


We do not provide 'return labels'. Customers must return their items for refund or exchange at their own expense.

Customers are provided with tracking email alerts on despatch of their order and are responsible for tracking their items. Nicky Kay is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

Shipping charges are non refundable.



New Zealand: 3-5 days

Asia Pacific: 5-10 days

USA/Canada: 5-10 days

Middle East: 5-12 days




To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.



We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, bad weather, power outages, loss of internet services, etc.).

Nicky Kay does not take responsibility for any orders that are delivered according to the shipping service but are claimed to have not been received by the customer (e.g stolen parcels)
